Provide proof of payment and explain the reason for the refund request.
Await confirmation and possible follow-up from our billing or customer service department.
3. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund within 7–14 business days. Please note that the actual timing of the refunded amount appearing in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are non-refundable:
Services or content already delivered and accessed.
Any losses or dissatisfaction related to market performance or personal trading decisions.
Subscription renewals not cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Misunderstanding of our advisory nature – Safesignal does not offer broker services or manage client funds.
